Welcome to Toubkal. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Toubkal.

Who can use Toubkal

You must be at least 16 years old and able to agree to these terms. You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

Be respectful

Toubkal is for everyone. You agree not to post or share content that:

• harasses, threatens or bullies anyone, or promotes hatred or violence;
• is illegal, or encourages illegal activity;
• shares someone else's private information without their permission;
• is sexually explicit, or exploits or endangers minors in any way;
• impersonates another person or organisation, or is deliberately misleading;
• is spam, scams, or unauthorised advertising;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.

You also agree not to disrupt the service, access other people's accounts, or collect data from Toubkal by automated means.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting on Toubkal, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute your content within Toubkal so the service can work. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have reshared it or we must keep it by law.

Moderation

We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. If you see something that breaks these rules, please report it to hello@mytoubkal.com.

The service

We're continually improving Toubkal and may add, change or remove features. We provide Toubkal "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Toubkal.

Ending your account

You can stop using Toubkal and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Toubkal means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
